Drawer boxes is a very common box in our daily life,it used for the cloth, gift , tie...many kinds of products, and it is very popular in the market of all over the world.

You could see this type box at anywhere and anytime .

But how to make a drawer box ?

1.The Size : if you want our factory to make a beautiful drawer box for you , we need to know the box size at first , then we could purchase the material for it.

Notice : the size should be the outline size of the box , not the room space of the box . Sometimes, we made the sample box for the clients, but when they get the box , the product could NOT put inside of the box ,so when we discuss about the box size ,please tell the right size of the box , outline size or room space size .

2.The material : from the photos, that box was made by kraft paper material, so the box looks very high quality .

You know the material is very important for a packing product , it could make your produce looks luxury , high value .

Sometimes, we could do the box with 157gsm art paper material , and with the 4C printing , if the design is very good, the packing will look great ,always that.

3.The design : usually, we need the AI or CDR format to do the printing , this is the standard in the printing industry , all the clients should offer that to our factory , and our designer will do the die-cut mold design based on your printing artwork .

Sometimes, the clients dont know what is AI or CDR, they only send a PHOTO to us , ask us to do the printing for them , but we can not do it with the photos.

AI or CDR means the vector file , it means we could use it on the printing machine .

Here is a example of the AI artwork ,we could edit by the software ,this file could use for the printing on the machine .

4.Sample : usually , we need do a sample to test the box quality , and this is NOT free service , I hope you could understand it .

After we finish the sample, we will send it to you by DHL ,UPS, FEDEX.......

Notice :the sample could be damaged during the shipping, when we pack it , we need pack it very well.
